I think with the pre-class assignments which exposes us to the material we are going to learn that week is beneficial because it gives us a general understanding of the concepts and then we dive deeper into it in class.”

“Hew great in helping everyone in the class! He could tell if you were struggling and would come help even if the student didn’t raise their hand.”

Prompt: What were the strengths instructor?

“Prof. Kumpas is an amazing teacher. He cares a lot about his students and wants to see them succeed. He sends a lot of emails so all of the students know what’s happening and he is very responsive to students needs. He checked in on our well being during quarantine multiple times which I really appreciated.”

“By far the best professor at the University. His is so passionate about teaching students which makes the experience of the course unforgettable. I have never had a professor so willing to help with everything and anything he possibly can. He goes above and beyond to make sure his students needs are met and makes learning complicated subjects seem so easy. I took both economic course with professor Kumpas and have really gained major insight and interest in the topic thanks to him. I feel very lucky to have had the experience to learn from such positive, caring, and strong leader. The university and students lucky to have him. ”

“Prof GK was enthusiastic and made the class enjoyable, He always was very encouraging of participation, which always helps in a classroom (especially early in the day). He also was more than available to review any concepts or info. Also each topic and chapter was addressed in a very un- derstandable way.

“He is always really helpful and always responded quickly. Always helped me get my work done and understand confusing topics. I thought Professor did a really good job especially with online classes. One of my least stressful class and still learnt a lot”

“The instructor’s enthusiasm and quick responses to emails were excellent. The course content included a lot of real life example which made understanding the subject material very easy and relatable.”

“He was very through with his way of teaching and he did his best to help the class engage with the material. The instructor was also very understanding of the students in the room.

“Very kind and and understanding! He reached out often and held Zoom times for us to ask ques- tions. Super sweet and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“He was enthusiastic about the content and was very knowledgable about the content. Could answer questions helpfully without overtly telling you the answer.”

“Amazing feedback, communication and was able to reach for any questions, As long as you put in the effort to ask questions, he would explain!”

“The professor is extremely nice, and is more than willing to help a student that has any issues at all. It is easy to contact the professor and get a reply.”
